Qualifying Individual: Yes, 2 years mortgage experience in the four years immediately proceeding the time of application. Must provide 2 years income tax returns; and 2 years W-2 and/or 1099 forms. Must complete all requirements to obtain a New Mexico Mortgage Loan Originator License.

Surety Bond: $50,000 to $150,000
