The following states require additional licensing for Branches. Branch licensing is required for all license types in these states unless otherwise stated. Some states only require notification, some states require an application and a fee, and other states require background information on the branch manager, bonding, applications, and fees. Colorado – Supervised Lender License Only (Not Required for Brokers)

Texas – Mortgatge Broker License Only
